The traditional method of senior care is flat, so we came up with our own. Instead of treating senior care with a single solution approach, we treat it as a growth feedback loop.
Most agencies use a flat caring model that begins with caring for a senior, and ends when the caregiver's shift is completed. Though care needs can be met, our senior is left waiting til another time to be cared for.
Excel Care uses a continual care system that resembles an infinity loop. We provide personal support, continual care, a safe environment, mental development, family collaboration, and real-time feedback so you can help your senior achieve their personal care goals along with deepening your family's well-being.

Principles are fundamental beliefs that allow us to serve seniors at our highest capability . These individual principles grouped together form our philosophy.
We believe that senior care is composed of two pillars, compassionate and competency, and that if either one is not present, senior well-being completely collapses.
We serve seniors using these principles to ensure the highest level of care, and we allow both our patients and customers to adopt them as their own. These principles are non-negotiable because we know that they impact lives for the better.
Excel Care's philosophy is built on 12 principles:
Human First
No matter if it is a patient, a customer, or a caregiver, we are all humans, and we are all to be treated with respect.
Safety
This fundemental need allows us to help others. Setting a safe environemnt physically and emotionally will bring out the best level of care.
Communication
Open and honest communication, integral to any human relationship
Collaboration
Working together as a team to provide the highest level of care. We are all in this together
Outcomes > Activity
Activities do not drive correct care, completed outcomes do.
Caring to Completion
Everything we set out to do is completed. We care to the end.
High Standard
Holding a high standard in care is of utmost importance. Everyone benefits from high standards of care.
Accountability
Personal responsibility is how we change the world. Start with yourself first.
Vocation Development
As caregivers, our continual education and growth in our vocation is never ending.
